Seeking Physical Therapists

This is for direct hire by the employer. The employer is a non-profit , community based hospital system with facilities in several locations, both city and rural.  

They are cap exempt due to affiliation for training as an institute of higher learning. A robust benefit package and full expenses for the immigration filing fees and immigration attorney. In addition to this, please note the following:

  • US competitive wages.  
  • Paid immigration law firm and filing fees.
  • Possible premium processing paid by employer. H-1B for three year contract*.   
  • Employer may consider sponsorship for green card after 50% of time of contract has been worked with satisfactory performance.  
  • There may be additional contract time added for green card sponsorship. Cash bonus upon arrival.
  • Paid housing for several months, with utilities
  • Paid airfare for the applicant employee only.
  • Paid medical, dental and other insurance, as per US employee benefit plan. .

. *Please note that there is some indication that the petition of B.S. Degree Physical Therapists are being declined and the Master’s Degree is now being required by the US immigration department. Legal briefs have been filed by several large immigration law firms and the AILA to dispute this requirement being higher that many of the state licensing boards for Physical Therapy. This issue may affect petitions filed in the next few months.
